1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, mobile phone or tablet) when you visit a website, enabling it to function and to remember your preferences. The same rules apply to similar technologies, such as localStorage - in this policy, "cookies" covers all these technologies.
2. Our approach: only what is strictly necessary
The RaiaWeb website uses exclusively strictly necessary cookies for its operation and for the provision of the services you request - authentication in the Client Area, session management, shopping cart, security and remembering the display preferences you have chosen.
These cookies are exempt from consent under Article 5(2) of Law no. 41/2004, as they are indispensable to the service expressly requested by the user. For this reason, we do not request consent: we do not place any cookies subject to consent. The cookie notice displayed on the website is purely informational and may be dismissed without any consequence.
We do not use analytics, marketing, advertising or third-party cookies.

4. What if this changes?
If we ever start using non-essential cookies (for example, usage statistics), we will do two things before any cookie is placed: we will update this policy and present a consent request that will allow you to accept or reject, with equal ease, each category - with browsing remaining possible without accepting.
