How we think

We don't sell top rankings

Nobody can guarantee you the number one spot on Google, and anyone who does is selling you something else. Rankings depend on algorithms that change, on your competitors and on factors nobody controls.

What can be controlled is everything else - and everything else is most of it. A site Google cannot crawl does not show up. A page without a useful title does not get clicked. A site that takes five seconds to load loses the visit before it even has it.

That is where we work: fixing what stops you from being found, indexed and shown. Every month you get a report of what was done and what changed - so you do not have to take our word for it, you can check.

How it works

From first payment to first report

1. You choose a plan. You pay and the service is registered. No setup fee.

2. We ask for access. We email you explaining exactly what we need and why: access to the site and, on the annual plans, the Google accounts that stay in your name.

3. We survey the site. We crawl the whole site and measure real page speed. That is the picture of where you are starting from.

4. We fix things. On the annual plans, technical errors and page titles are handled in the very first month. It is the heaviest part of the work, and it is why the price includes a setup portion.

5. The routine starts. Every month we crawl again, fix whatever turns up and improve one piece at a time.

6. You get the report. What was found, what was done and what we recommend next.

The Audit is monthly and you cancel whenever you like. Optimisation and Total Presence are annual, paid up front: the payment is the commitment, there is no lock-in clause and no penalty for leaving. Prices are VAT exempt under article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code.

Product catalogue
Optimising product pages is extra work, so it is priced separately: up to 50 products +149 €/year, up to 100 +299 €/year, up to 250 +649 €/year. Above 250 we talk and quote.
Extra languages
Each language is practically a whole site again. On Optimisation and Total Presence, every language beyond the first is +249 €/year.
One-off fixes
Do not want a plan and just need what is broken sorted out? We quote case by case, at 35 €/hour.

What isn't included

We don't do:
- Paid advertising. We do not run Google Ads or manage any ad budget.
- Buying links. No link building, and nothing resembling it.
- Reviews. We do not write, buy or filter reviews.
- Copywriting, photography and translation.
- Redesigning the site or building new features.

Best-efforts obligation. We work diligently and to good practice, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic volumes, reviews or any other specific results. Search positions depend on third-party algorithms, on your competitors and on external factors.

Plan limits. Optimisation: up to 15 pages optimised. Total Presence: up to 40 pages. Both include 1 language, with extra languages priced separately, and on both an online shop catalogue is an extra.

Term and renewal. The annual plans are paid up front for 12 months and renew automatically until you cancel. On Optimisation, 320 € of the 690 € covers the initial setup work; on Total Presence, 510 € of the 1 290 €. You have 14 days to withdraw and, if you ask for the service to start immediately, the refund is proportional to what has already been delivered.

Site with another provider? No extra charge. We will just tell you up front that fixes depending on server configuration may not be possible, depending on the access you give us.
