What we do

Every month, without you having to ask

Updates and fixes
We apply critical security fixes as soon as they ship, and general updates at your plan's pace. On plans with staging, tested before they reach the live site.
Backups and restore
A daily copy of your site and database, encrypted and stored in the European Union, with 7 days of retention. And what actually matters: a tested restore - a copy that has never been put back isn't a backup, it's a hope.
Monitoring
Uptime checks every 5 or 15 minutes depending on the plan, malware scanning, database optimisation and broken link checks. If something goes down, we're the ones who notice.
How it works

From first payment to first report

If your website has been attacked and compromised get immediate emergency assistance to quickly recover your site.
1 You choose a plan
You pay and the service is registered. No setup fee.
2 We ask for access
We email you explaining exactly what we need and why. If the site is with another provider, this is where we arrange access.
3 We survey the site
We check what state it's in, what's out of date and what's at risk. If we find something already infected, we tell you before touching anything.
4 First backup and first test restore
Before we touch anything. It's the safety net for everything that follows.
5 The routine starts
Updates, scans and checks at your plan's pace. You don't have to do a thing.
6 You get the report
Every month: what was done, what was found and what we recommend.

What isn't included

  • Redesigning the site or building new features
  • Building an online shop
  • Copywriting, photography and translation
  • Recovering sites that were already infected when you signed up
  • Premium theme or extension licences
  • Pirated themes and extensions, which we don't install under any circumstances

Changes beyond the time included in your plan: 35 €/h. Included hours don't roll over to the next quarter.

Term and renewal: the service is continuous and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of signing up, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014. If you ask for the service to start immediately, that right ends once the service has been fully performed.

Frequently asked questions

My site isn't hosted with RaiaWeb. Can I still sign up?

You can. We work with your site wherever it lives - we just need access. There's a monthly surcharge depending on the plan, because we lose direct server access and more of the work becomes manual. Alternatively we'll migrate the site to RaiaWeb free of charge and the surcharge disappears.

Open a ticket any time. We reply in 8 hours on average.

The ticket system is open 24 hours a day, every day - you can log your request whenever it suits you, even out of hours. Replies arrive in an average of 8 hours, and critical availability or security incidents jump the queue. No call centres, and no talking to a different person every time.
